Welcome to ListenersPick, an independent community chart powered by Aetheria Synapse. Please read this before submitting music or voting.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

ListenersPick and its organizers claim zero ownership, rights, or shares over any track, lyric, melody, or metadata submitted. Every submission remains 100% the exclusive property of the creator who made it.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation is completely voluntary, free, and non-commercial. No entry fees. No prizes, royalties, or financial compensation are currently offered or paid.

3. Submission Requirements

By submitting, you confirm the track is entirely your own creation — written and generated by you through your own authorized AI platform account. Submitting someone else's work without their explicit permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from the chart.

4. Copyright Dispute Process

If you believe your copyrighted work has been submitted without authorization, contact dragan.milat1@gmail.com with details. We will review and remove the disputed submission within 7 days while the matter is resolved.

5. Voting

Each voter may cast one vote, verified through Google account sign-in. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vote or submission suspected of manipulation, at their sole discretion, without obligation to explain the decision.

6. Platform Neutrality & Liability

ListenersPick acts solely as a neutral community platform hosting a voting system and an automated player (BeatStream). We are not responsible for copyright disputes, terms-of-service violations on external AI platforms (such as Suno or Musicful), or misuse of content by third parties.

7. Not Legal Advice

This document is provided in good faith as a community project and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.

8. Organizer's Pledge

The organizer permanently commits to never including any of their own music on the ListenersPick chart, in any category or slot, including wildcard nominations — regardless of personal opinion of the work's quality. This chart exists exclusively for the community, not the organizer.
